Weddings in Upper Swaledale from 1915 to the present

The CD is based round a Bridal Exhibition held in Gunnerside Chapel in May 2008. A large collection of historic wedding dresses and wedding photographs from Upper Swaledale was specially gathered together for display at the event.
The CD contains nearly 300 items, including:
- photographs of all items displayed in the 2008 exhibition
- lists of weddings which took place in Gunnerside, Muker and Keld Methodist churches from 1918 onwards
- 140 photographs of weddings involving residents of Gunnerside, Muker and Keld, from 1918 to the present day
- articles of historical interest about Gunnerside; and pictures, old and modern, of the Gunnerside area and its residents (most of these also appear on the millennium disk)
The disc is intended for use on a computer, but the pictures can also be shown on a TV screen, using an ordinary DVD player.
All proceeds from the sale of this disc go to Gunnerside Chapel

The Gunnerside Millennium Photographs CD -

Nearly 250 photographs including shots of every house in the village
with additional pictures showing general views, community buildings
plus older photos of the village and its past residents.
Short articles covering a brief history of the Village, memories
of a lead miner, the Miners Arms and Gunnerside Methodist Chapel
are also featured.
